When I began playing drums around 2008, I wanted to emulate the style of my favourite drummers. Through many years of practice and trial and error, I have been able to achieve this, however, this endeavor would have been A LOT easier if I had the right teacher to help along the way. Although I took some traditional lessons and learned the basics of sight reading, the traditional ways just weren't for me and my teachers didn't really care what I wanted to do or learn, they wanted me to do what they wanted me to do... BORING! I do believe that there is a time and place for the traditional ways and that's all well and good, but I want to help you achieve YOUR personal goals in an effective way without sacrificing the most important thing about drums... FUN. Whether you've just picked up your first kit or have been at it for a while and are struggling to find the next step for yourself, I believe I can be of assistance.

I am based in Ottawa and able to travel anywhere around the GOA for in-home lessons.
